Thankfully, help came with Jesus Christ. We need to humble ourselves to admit that we need Jesus' help.
I totally agree it does not look good for Ted Cruz. Instead of pilling on this Easter weekend, we should pray for them and for ourselves who cannot find it in us to be humble and merciful.

Should the occasion arise that he is found guilty- we should also pray that God give us the grace to assume he is innocent until proven guilty- and pray that God keep us from bearing false witness, and from runnign with rumors which are unsubstantiated because God hates these things

IF it turns out Ted is not guilty of infidelity, many on this forum WILL be guilty of bearing false witness and slander-
It would be much wiser for people to wait until the facts are known and evidence comes forth than to jump on a scandal rag story as though it were gospel truth because if it turns out to be false- many will be guilty of spreading hateful disgusting lies about Ted, and doing so gleefully it appears-
I am sorry this broke over Easter Weekend for Ted and his family, that is a bad time especially when it is supposed to be a time for renewal. I hope Ted can explain and make peace with his family.
