I don’t believe Foster killed himself.
I personally know three of the troopers -— Larry Patterson, Roger Perry, and L.D. Brown. In the past, I posted sworn affidavits from Patterson and Perry. Perry was on duty in the gov mansion in Arkansas when a call came in from Chelsea Nanny, Helen Dickey. Dickey to Perry that Vince went out to the parking lot and shot himself. Perry immediately called Patterson and told him. Those calls were about the time the body was found and a couple hours before Clinton claimed he found out while on the Larry King show.
Not surprisingly, the security camera system that would have caught the scene in the parking lot was reportedly not functioning properly.
I called several times to D’Amato’s office demanding that they call Patterson and Perry to testify. After a screaming session they told me not to call again and hung up. D’Amato claimed that the troopers did not want to testify. That was false.
