I was watching Hillary Clinton's Arizona victory speech tonight on FOX and she is wearing a scarf around her throat. It looks awkward like it is covering something, not some sort of fashion statement.

Earlier today she was being interviewed on another network and she was wearing an oriental looking garb with a collar that fit high on her neck, again covering her throat.

Tonight she was trying to clear her throat after some horseness. She has had the legendary coughing fits.

What is going on with her health? Is she covering up a growth on her neck? Something is wrong there.

Saw that before too. She has a death grip on the rails like she is really afraid of falling on camera. Makes you think that falling or slips happen frequently off camera.

I remember a story about a woman with a yellow ribbon around her neck. She wore it all the time, night and day. On her wedding night her husband untied the ribbon, and much to his surprise, her head fell off.

Maybe that’s what is going on with Hillary.

That’s the one. I’m no expert on fashion but I haven’t seen anything like it out on the street. It’s just there on the middle of her neck. Very strange.

She’s known to have thyroid problems. This can also affect the voice. Thyroid is normally easily treatable, but there can be cases that are much tougher than most. Can even be pituitary gland related.

I think she is trying to look younger. When you age your neck goes first. She can use botox and fillers for her face but not so much on the neck. This is just my observation and opinion.

Thanks, I appreciate you taking the point seriously.. Many of the other answers have been entertaining but most are anatomically or medically improbable.

I was noticing the European women are and have been for some time, maybe Americans, too, wearing scarves in a stylish manner. First they put the middle in front, then put the ends to the back over their shoulders, then cross loosely and bring the ends around to the front. It's quite nice imo. A young woman with blood coming through her white sweater I noticed had a scarf like that.

The way Hillary is wearing hers is well it's very passe. It looked like she had on a dark scooped-neck blouse under a jacket. I've never known her to expose much skin except her hands, neck and face.

So the scarf could mean nothing.

That cough is Hillary's pajamas and robe.
