So an NBC is someone that is and only is a US citizen at birth, thus having allegiance only to the USA. Dual Citizenship can not be NBC as the intent of including NBC within the Clause was to prevent foreign influence/allegiances. To be NBC there can be no other possibility of allegiance or citizenship claim. So an NBC is someone that is and only is a US citizen at birth, thus having allegiance only to the USA. So, every child born of U.S. military parents stationed abroad is ineligible to serve as POTUS.

Is that what you mean? Because that's what you're saying.

I was born in Germany to two US citizen parents. I do not have a born in the USA birth certificate. I am NOT a ‘natural born’ US citizen. Natural born US citizenship is akin to a birth right. Government cannot give or take it...One either is or they are NOT. Cruz will never be a ‘natural born’ US citizen, and he knows it. He wants an exemption for himself, just like Obama got.

Notice nobody now says Cruz follows the ‘original intent’ of the constitution?

Yes, with the exception of children born abroad under U.S. diplomatic protection with two U.S. citizen parents to give them natural born citizenship. Birth in a military hospital on a U.S. military base located in the territory of a foreign state and sovereignty, contrary to the common myth, does not qualify as the U.S. territory and/or U.S. jurisdiction required for natural born citizenship.
