The Rev. Al Sharpton is already bracing for critics to try to tear down President Obama's legacy

"Tear down" implies the legacy will be positive. Most will know and remember it as a dangerous, discredited legacy.

If “affordable” health care is supposed to be part of that legacy, then the Current Occupant is far better served to have it repealed and replaced within a very short time after he leaves office, before all of its very worst features actually kick in and become the “new normal”.

Underfunded, overpromised, and with a peculiarly opaque exposition to the persons who were supposed to benefit from its introduction, the plan was predicated upon failure and never meant to provide any kind of equitable delivery of health care services, if it delivers any at all.
