    I always heard Beware the Ides of March when growing up. 
No idea, really, what it was.

    I had an uncle who jumped into Normandy on D-Day. He passed away on March 15, 1977. A man of great distinction stilled greatly missed by those in the family who knew him.

    I didn’t know what it was when I was a kid.
I heard Beware the “Ides of March” and it was cool, ominous.
But didn’t know what it was.
Of course later I learned what it was.
It still sticks with me as an almost magical iconic phrase and day.
