Bless you, we understand how difficult this time period is for Cruz supporters. After Cruz came out on the side of organized, violent, thugs disrupting the planned Trump rally in Chicago... his support level here according to the nightly Free Republic Caucus dropped from 23% to 17%. This translates to an over 25% drop in one night. I was really worried that these threads would start to become pro-Trump echo chambers. So I am very relieved to find that the insults and irrational belief in a Elmer Gantry style charlatan will continue as usual.
And Donald hasn't decided anything at this point.
He just wants to make sure they don't crucify this 78 year old.

I so agree. After watching the incident in Dayton, I noticed Trump didn’t even flinch. He’s one tough guy.
I THINK he has a right to an attorney though. Trump said he got carried away and it was wrong. He didn’t condone it. I’m not 100% sure but I THINK he still has a right to an attorney. It’s a nice gesture to pay his legal fees (If he’s allowed to have a defense team); nothing more

It’s not that Trump is making people angry. His are simply fed up and don’t like communist thugs crashing their rallies.
Honestly I was hoping someone could define the difference, if any, between being attacked while your back is turned and being punched while screaming obscenities and gesturing with your middle finger....
Is there a difference? If so, is there a different word we should use?
