When Townhall started out it was conservative.....and it had some of the best writing I've seen in blogs. I recommended the site and specific articles to family, friends and fellow freepers.....I don't know how many times.

Now it looks like the folks there have gone over to the dark side...and I no longer recommend anyone wasting their time reading their articles and giving them advertising clicks.

Thanks for posting this insightful piece. Trump has taken advantage of the mess Obama has created just as Obama took advantage of GW Bush's many mistakes and poor communication. I think Trump's well-meaning supporters (if there are any left) just over-invested emotionally in his campaign. Trump is truly a chaos candidate and would be a chaotic President.

But of course chaos sells when you're a reality show producer. If he wins the nomination he'll lose to Hillary and double his audience in the process.
