Actually, it was Trump who made the statement; but when you read Trump’s statement, it doesn’t have the same connotation that Cruz’s did. So, I’m guessing somebody in the Cruz group picked up on Trump’s statement and just used that one line .. and again Cruz is having to back track the statement.
I don’t know what the answer is .. but these guys better get it together and start selecting people with better resumes.
