Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears.
I come not to praise Marco Rubio –
dear God, never, ever that – but to bury him.

And then to salt the earth in the hope that he will never come back.

The Marco Rubio post-mortem: How a supposedly ready-made GOP nominee crashed and burned

Don't shed any tears for senor Amnesty, aka Little Marco. I'm sure that his "handlers" - GOPe fat cats - promised him before he went in that he would have a nice cushy DC lobbyist "consulting job" for him should he fail.

While the author is a bit of a self-important twit, I have to admit that the line, “The Rubio campaign is on its last legs, stumbling dehydrated”, did give me a bit of a chuckle.

You can't really know if someone's ready for prime time until you put them under the lights. It became pretty obvious pretty fast that Rubio wassn't ready. That doesn't mean he'll never be, but he's not now.

It's best to wrap it up quickly, so as to minimize any permanent damage.

He started fighting like a cuban would fight. He pulled out his switchblade knife and started with the “small hands” and “inherited $100 million” and other lying crap.

DJT borrowed $1 Million from his Dad. By the time Fred died and the estate was settled, Donnie was already between $1 and 2 Billion, and the point was moot. Even then, I’m not sure the inheritance was that much, but if so, it was really immaterial at that scope.

To a schlub like me, it would be, but when you’re worth over a Billion, it’s just another 0 in the bottom line.

As a Fla. resident I at one time had very high hopes for this young man, but I’m afraid he has disappointed me to say the least.

He augered in long before primary season. As soon as he started sucking face with Schmucky he was done. It just took him awhile to fall down.
