I think we can agree that brandishing is well beyond simple carry. Let's not split hairs. They broke the law, and they expected the rest of the militia to get on our horses and bail them out.
I don't screw around with amateurs because amateurism gets you killed. For no gain.

Who is we? Do you have a mouse in your pocket? Uh no we can’t agree. Its lawful to carry a firearm in national parks so what part of that is hard to understand? Mr. GG2 and I are out in the wildlife refuges all the time and always armed. Gee I hope the FBI doesn’t murder us someday.
