I agree with equal protection, but it is unequal when you bring a firearm onto federal property, brandishing the same, don't expect to be treated the same as a misdemeanor offence in a demonstration.

And then the Pete Santelli's of the world get pissed when the rest of us didn't show up because they chose poorly.

On April 19, 1775 the militia knew what the red line was, and that is what led to a levee en masse response. It is irresponsible to attempt to drag the nation into a fight over something so stupid.
