Doesn’t matter. Once you do it the die is cast. You can’t have an armed peaceful protest. The very fact that you’re armed is threatening deadly force. By being armed they played right into the left’s hands, lost whatever sympathy they had from politicians, and set themselves up for long prison sentences while accomplishing exactly nothing.

SOME of the occupants may have been in possession (e.g. LaVoy, e.g. NOT Ammon) of their legally owned arms, however NONE ever brandished them or pointed them in a threatening manner. It’s called the second amendment. Look it up.
