New footage has emerged that was taken by one of the passengers in the car with LaVoy Finicum that detail his final moments during an encounter with Oregon State Police and the FBI.

No, Mr. Finicum brought about his own death. Clear as day.
Yes.
If he hadn’t stopped the first time, he would have run into the blind corner blockade, just as he finally did, surprised.
I think they didn’t want him to stop the first time.
That’s why they prodded him to take off after the first stop.
It doesn’t matter where they arrested him, but from what I’ve read, they didn’t want to arrest people at the property in question because there’s much less chance of some kind of armed conflict if they let the people disperse and arrest them in small groups.
I understand people may not like the roadblock tactic, but the fact is that LAVOY FINICUM made the decision to run that roadblock, and LAVOY FINICUM made the decision to exit the vehicle and then be aggressive both verbally and physically after doing so. He caused his own death, no matter what may have happened before that.
Why would they do that? And if that’s true, then why did they give everyone an opportunity to exit the vehicle, as one of Finicum’s passengers did, and as everyone in the vehicle behind them did?
That’s weak man. He was driving in the opposite lane - couldn’t have been too blind of a corner.
I notice you didn’t even try to answer my question.
The situation with these land owners vs. The BLM (who manages the major tracts of land that have been pledged as collateral on huge loans from the Chinese) reminds me of this...
Sandor: Somehow the villagers didn’t think that an oil pipeline was a good enough reason to move their village to a place where the spirit gods didn’t exist.
Swagger: So they asked them all nicely to move and when they didn’t, they just killed them all?
Sandor: No. They didn’t ask. They just killed them. AII.
So the next village won’t need to be asked. They’ll just go.
Agree.
His ‘go ahead and shoot me’ followed ‘go ahead a do what you have to do, I’m going to see the Sheriff’.
Hearing his actual words and tone of voice on Shawna’s camera makes this clear to me.
“Only if one believes that the POLICE/FBI had no previous knowledge of the situation (involving Finicum). They knew where he was going and why.”
They didn’t care why. They were going to apprehend him.
“Remember, women are told if they are pulled over by unidentified Police, especially in a remote or dangerous area, they are to drive to a police station before stopping.”
Yeah. Finicum should have anticipated being intercepted, or he did and didn’t care.
“Finicum was on his way to the Sheriff. “
Sheriff might have been in on it. Never expect otherwise. If the Sheriff was his friend, he was probably trying to get him removed from the situation before real shooting began.
“If they wanted to arrest him for some trumped up felony, why did they even let him get in his vehicle to begin with ?”
To get him isolated on the road where no one could interfere.
Mr. Finicum brought about his own death.

By resisting the Govt.
You don’t understand the concept of a felony stop. The cops make this kind of stop because they consider the occupants of the vehicle to be armed and dangerous. The officers maintain their distance from the vehicle, as you can see in the early part of the Finicum video, and they issue commands using bullhorns or loudspeakers, which you can hear them doing in the Finicum video. The people in Finicum’s truck DID NOT COMPLY. They left the traffic stop, which is a felony in Oregon, and then they approached the roadblock at a high rate of speed. Rather than slow down, Finicum went straight at the roadblock and then tried to turn at the last second. That endangered the lives of police officers, which is justification for deadly force, so they could have opened fire on the vehicle at that point. Instead, they held off and they only shot Mr. Finicum after he exited the vehicle, yelled at the cops to shoot him, and then reached for his weapon.
Another Note: Do not argue with the government trying to takeover your land or they will set up a road block and shoot you to death.
If Finicum was such a badly wanted felon, why did they let him get in his vehicle and leave an area that was being patrolled by the FBI and Police to begin with ?
That may be, and he had every right to do that, but anyone who does so must understand that there are consequences. When you evade capture and then nearly kill a police officer with your vehicle, then exit aggressively and reach for your weapon, you’re GOING TO GET SHOT.
to run that roadblock,

So he was to hold the steering wheel straight, lock up the brakes, and skid into the blockade vehicles??
Amen.
Short video from LaVoy’s daughter. She is the youngest and she is the one running the ranch now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWkcCJjhZIk&feature=youtu.be&app=desktop
It wasn’t his land.
