New footage has emerged that was taken by one of the passengers in the car with LaVoy Finicum that detail his final moments during an encounter with Oregon State Police and the FBI.

There's a video of Lavoy, just before this happened, where he said that the fbi had changed, that there stance had hardened. Getting out of their vehicles with their rifles, fingers along the trigger.
This was a closed for the winter park office in the middle of nowhere. They didn't assault anyone, threaten anyone or vandalize anything.
Compare this to B'more, Ferguson...the black pampers armed "protests" where the negroes actually pointed weapons and threatened to kill police.

I am chicken, I guess. Steamed up pretty good inside, but not ready to “Pledge my fortune and sacred honor (and family)”.
Frustrated on just what to do that will really be helpful or meaningful.

I would say that if you were the cops, and you knew he carried, and that you were arresting him because he had been declared 'armed and dangerous', and he reached for a cigarette, he would be shot.

Yeah, like someone stuffed it in there after the fact, with no thought to how hard it would be to get out. If he had any intention of using it, he would not have placed it in there that way.
. All I can do is say that on the video, he clearly is reaching repeatedly inside his left jacket flap or toward his left hip.So, you're saying it's unclear exactly what he was reaching for.

Right. Because there were no other guns that could be verified to be 'his' and planted in his jacket. He left all the guns at home beside the one semi-auto pistol.
he’s likely referring to the guns that were found under the seat of the truck and in the floorboard. This included at least one revolver that was found at his feet as well as a tactical rifle found under the folding rear seat.
What if I told you that Finicum didn’t have his guns with him when he stepped out of the vehicle ? That they were secured away in the vehicle ?

I don't think anyone disputed that shots were fired at LaVoy's truck as he tried to run the barricade. My point was that the video I linked shows that once he was outside the truck there were no shots fired until he reached into his jacket.
Again, this assumes that the two videos are in sync.
By the way, that slo-mo video is about as far from conclusive as I can imagine.

What about the man that got out of the Finicum truck and was taken by the Police at the first stop ?
The woman in the truck asked what happened to him. Said she could no longer see him back by the police cars.
They believe that one of the men in the other truck was an informant.

He immediately said that Lavoy was reaching for a gun though he was well over a mile away.
That's who Shawna Cox thought was the plant. Can't remember his name but it wasn't Ryan Payne, who got out of Lavoy's truck.
