New footage has emerged that was taken by one of the passengers in the car with LaVoy Finicum that detail his final moments during an encounter with Oregon State Police and the FBI.

I’m pretty sure when you announce your “occupation” of some piece of federal property, and you’re armed, it escalates into something beyond a mere “statement.”
Nobody learned from Ruby Ridge, Waco, or OKC. Or maybe they just forgot. We’ll see.

Just to be clear I personally thought sitting out on the Malheur Wildlife refuge was a mistake and not the hill to die on. I posted it numerous times. That being said this incident did not originate in a vacuum. Its just a fragment of a larger issue that is only getting more and more momentum as the the govt exerts additional tyranny on ranchers and mine owners. The more oppressive the govt becomes the more the incidents will escalate.
So the handling of what amounted to a fairly small protest with overwhelming force and violence was unwarranted under any rational train of thought. It needs to be resisted in the most strenuous and vocal way possible. The US government at the present time is an evil, unconstitutional tyranny. So to my way of thinking condoning for any reason what happened out on that roadway some 30 miles from the protest site is simply wrong headed.
The powers that be if they had arrest warrants could have simply showed up at the meeting one county over and peaceably arrested LaVoy Finicum and his fellow travelers as they came out of the County meeting hall. It was never ever intended to be an arrest it was intended to kill and make an example of probably everyone in Finicum’s vehicle they just couldn’t manage to do it without being found out. So now one poor guy is dead and it will play out in the courts and arena of public opinion.
Meanwhile the government has its people monitoring all sites such as FR and especially these types of threads which is why you see the contrarian stuff that makes you scratch your head.

I agree. The Left has been pushing along these lines for decades. It’s going to get worse. The closer the election gets and the more it looks like the Left is going to lose, the more they’re going to try to force through. It could be interesting.
I do know a small bit about how government things work. I myself worked for them for 24 years. Judging by the actions of the government, LaVoy Finicum must have been a very dangerous man.
The more I learn about him, and especially his strong stance on freedom and the U.S. Constitution, the more it becomes obvious to me why the government went to such lengths to kill him.

And yes, they acknowledge they studied up on LaVoy and the Protesters online. They were talking that dangerous Constitution Talk, and they were armed, scary men.
Check page 23, cop didn’t see him put his hands up. On page 161 this particular cop does mention seeing his hands go up, he also wasn’t the one to shoot LaVoy.

THE REASON that law enforcement refuses to release THEIR audio is because it will match up with Finicum being shot, not reaching for a gun.

Not all of it, and it does state that they had been planning the operation for a long time. Also, the “team” had been reviewing their-Finicum and Bundy’s “public posts”on the internet.
We really are in trouble. If they determined that plain spoken, constitution loving, father, christian patriot like LaVoy was dangerous enough to require the kind of fire power they unleashed on him, God help us.
They are all dirty cowards doing a master’s bidding for a paycheck. What right thinking person would even agree to engage in that kind of thing?

You can CLEARLY SEE the window trying to pull a rocket launcher from its coat pocket before it is shot.
The OSP and fibbies took a picture of the broken window afterwards, and you can see the rocket launcher in its coat pocket.

He discharged the taser from about 10-12 feet away from Finicum.
