New footage has emerged that was taken by one of the passengers in the car with LaVoy Finicum that detail his final moments during an encounter with Oregon State Police and the FBI.

There is a graphic that shows LaVoy and Ammon meeting with Law Enforcement on multiple occasions prior to this set up ambush. They had been allowed to travel freely prior to this day.
What horrible crime did LaVoy commit? Murder, Rape, Assault? No, his “crime” was teaching the Constitution.

Fact Finding Mission to Harney County
Legislators and grassroots leaders from the Coalition of Western States (C.O.W.S.) traveled to Harney County Oregon last week, and met with the Harney County Under Sheriff, the County Judge, District Attorney, and a representative of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, at the Courthouse in Burns and later protest leaders at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, regarding the ongoing standoff and the continuing complaints about Bureau of Land Management’s treatment of local ranchers.
During the visit members of the Coalition asked and were assured several times by officials that no violent action was intended against the protesters at the refuge and that a peaceful resolution was sought by all, including specifically the Federal Government. Also, as part of the visit Coalition members were presented with evidence of ongoing BLM abuse of Harney County Ranchers. Members of the Coalition of Western States are still compiling information as part of its fact-finding mission.

Why were elected representatives assured there would be no violent action taken and then they did exactly the opposite? Why did they lie to them?

I believe the answer is that the anvil was further down the road. They sat back making sure to apply pressure but not apprehend. Heck they even fired a round at the first stop. All while never putting one of their vehicles in front of him to stop him. Their job was the hammer and the anvil was still down the road.
Now lets talk anvil. Down the road waiting for them was a roadblock, that spanned the entire width of the road. There were shooter positions on both sides of the road, back in the trees with prepared fields of fire (branches removed ect).
This is textbook hammer and anvil techniques and every American should be very worried by what happened that day.
Also many speak of the protesters being armed and dangerous. Being as though Americans have a consitutional right to bear arms what did they do to be considered dangerous?
I believe all these protesters are being handled the way they are because they were armed. But being an armed American citizen IS NOT A CRIME.

Not sure what you’re yeah, righting about. It’s a fact. You have ZERO evidence to the contrary. I have pictures of him carrying a semi-auto handgun in a left-side cross-draw shoulder holster, and also pictures from the scene showing the gun in Finicum’s left coat pocket.
But the cops get to act like it is a crime, because you are spouting radical constitutionalism, terifying the sheeple with your guns and rhetorical archaic speech! And the sheeple heap accolades of praise onto the cops because they are so brave and saved the sheeple once again.
But the second you could go off and declare FREEDOM for yourself or any of those around you, well, we have sufficient justification to ambush and kill you. (Good grief, did you see all the fire power that these radical constitutionalists had? With their disposition towards rampant government largess and the over use of force to get what we want..........We have got to send a message. It has to stop here. NOW.
I bet the last thing the FBI squad heard as they left the action briefing room for this assignment was, “Damn it guys, try to get your stories straight this time. OK?”

There is a picture of Finicum wearing a shoulder holster...If he was going to go to this meeting with the Sheriff armed, why would he put his weapon in a pocket where it would be hard to reach and awkward?
Why not wear his shoulder holster under his coat?

They finally say that they're "Oregon state police" - who wear distinctive blue uniforms with blue Mountie hats.
Not always, apparently. Given the circumstances of the previous several weeks who did he think it could have been besides some legitimate LEOs? Would he have been more justified in running if it had been the FBI?
Or did he think it was someone impersonating law enforcement? Seriously.
