Indictment and trial then conviction then pardon correct?

Remember that Ford pardoned Nixon before Nixon was even indicted. And it was a blanket pardon.

So the precedent is there for Obama to pardon Hillary any old time. And to make even easier for Obama, that precedent was set by a Republican.

A sitting president cannot be indicted. He must be impeached and convicted by senate.
