It is a straightforward fraud case.

In marketing material, Trump claimed that he "hand-picked" the so-called "University's" instructors, and that students would learn his secrets to investing in real estate.

Yet, in his deposition, he acknowledged having no role in picking the school's instructors (he didn't even know who they were), and that he had no role in putting together the courses.

In other words, he lied. And he lied in order to induce people into purchasing a product from him. And people purchased that product from him, relying on his lies. And people lost money because of it.

Textbook fraud.

Will there be an indictment in 16 or 24 business hours?

Reason and rational thought is no longer allowed here.
