Where’s Chicago or Cook County?
No kidding!
Since they are listing entire counties here, apparently the murder rate for Cook County overall is not high enough to include here. I’m sure the murder rate for suburban Cook County is far lower than the rate for Chicago itself, so the overall rate may just be in the middle somewhere.
Yeah, I guess since Chicago’s population is so high, then their per capita rate would be lower.
