Sorry to disappoint you. His mother is a natural born US citizen, having been born and raised in Delaware, which made Ted Cruz a natural born citizen regardless where he was born. These are the facts. Live with it.
These are the facts. Live with it.

Fact is he’s running and the question becomes can he get the delegates to be the nominee.
If he can’t then his birth place becomes a mute point as it won’t matter. If he gets the
nomination then we’ll most likely see some court actions should he should he win in Nov.
Let the People decide if they want a President born of two citizen parents (Trump), one citizen parent (Cruz), or no citizen parents (Rubio and Jindal).
The people already said No to Jindal.

With all due respect, before you attempt to ignore the large gorilla in the room, Rafael Edward Cruz's constitutional ineligibility, you might want to glance at the operative provisions of the Naturalization Act of 1790, as superseded and repealed by the Naturalization Act of 1795. You will note that the term 'natural born citizen' set forth under the 1790 Act was specifically removed and replaced with the term 'citizen' under Sec 3 of the 1795 Act. The definition of the term [NBC] set forth in the 1790 Act was of course constitutionally invalid and totally contrary to the widely accepted and applied meaning of the term, then and now. Without considering here Congress' purpose for the change, the FACT of the change is consistent with the view that while Congress understood its power to establish rules for extending naturalized citizenship under all manner of situations, it also refused to alter or in any way extend the settled meaning of the constitutional term 'natural born citizen', namely, born on US soil of TWO US citizens. To have departed from that settled meaning would have required a constitutional amendment, not a statute. Quite understandably, Congress understood and feared the negative ramifications of having a foreigner as President.
Born in the country to Citizen parents is what creates a natural born Citizen. It is not necessary that your parents be natural born Citizens, only that they were Citizens at the time of your birth.
"...all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners."
