As feminism claimed to speak for all women, what have the two of you done to make that assertion seem even a tiny bit implausible?

And things have gotten to the point where women in combat will actually be an improvement in some ways for the men who serve. Have you pointed this out to anyone, or were you simply silent as things built to this point?

The casualty ratio in mixed-gender combat units will be MUCH higher, as the “guys” kind of spread themselves much too thin on their degree of vigilance, having to watch out for both themselves and their female compatriots, perhaps through a misplaced sense of “gallantry” (guys are hard-wired for this kind of behavior), but also of the reduced effectiveness of smaller physical specimens who may be extremely fit, but still lacking in upper body strength.

You just cannot put that many ugly women on the front line, to cause the enemy to break and flee in panic.

Oh, I dunno, I would imagine that it's a rare combat unit where women wouldn't be welcomed. Plenty of USO shows made the day for lonely GI's. My grandfather still talked about the Bob Hope show he saw in a bombed out airplane hanger, in Regensberg Germany .... 60 years later

But I don't think that's what Moochelle meant.

And, on second thought, you might be right. In today's new, improved, gay-friendly military, there MIGHT be units where women aren't welcome.

My husband served as an active dutyAir Force Officer for 13 years. We have traveled the world at sacrifice to our family to support his career. I am happy to do it. I have had meals at my home for families whose husbands were deployed. I have spent hours listening to the struggles of the spouses of deployed service members.

My daughters are too young to vote. I have never voted for a feminist, but we have spent time protesting outside planned parenthood that butchers women and their children. We are at church every Sunday, and I am outspoken advocate for traditional families.
