I would like to see about 75 percent of the SWAT teams disbanded. There are too many of them and they are over used to the point of being abused. yep.

Instead of putting in height and width just put in width=25% as an example. No height required. The pic will be sized to the percentage of width you designate. The height will automatically be proportionate. If you want the pic to be the full width of the page use 100% and it will never go beyond the normal display area.
After all these years I just learned that about a month ago. It’s less HTML so it’s also faster to do.

Maybe they should just stop shooting dogs, hurting the wrong people and raiding the wrong houses. That would be a better start at reform rather than blaming the mess on their uniforms.
