Every link to that article from every possible link (not Drudge) shows the same. My guess is the server got overrun, can’t keep up.

I have my doubts about this story. Remember Operation Chaos back in 2008? So what if Dems change affiliation now, they can still vote for the Dem candidate in the Fall. There is more mischief to be made in the Rep. Primary.
