That’s true. The difference is Obama supporters are mostly society’s parasites while Trump’s are the ones footing the bill.
Maybe you’re right but voting for the GOPe gives us the same and has up till now.
I just don't get it...anymore. Freeper's jumping and gulping the bait...and staying hooked.
I've made a decision.....I'm helping my family and close friends, only. I will not vote just to vote...anymore. I'm done.
I'm not doing Hope and Change...2.0
He cannot do what he is promising...PERIOD. Anyone here who thinks that...has lost their minds. Drank the koolaid...Took the bait.
I thought people here were above the political aware average...but it's not even close to true.

Here's what happened at the same apartment a couple months before this particular Cruz visit (apparently the gay billionaires are regular contributors and bundling gay NYC money for Cruz)---a gay boy that the gay couple picked up DIED in the BATHROOM of the apartment Cruz raises funds in! The boy died having SEX IN THE BATHROOM of the APARTMENT.

And Ted is "THE FACE OF GOD"? You need to do a LOT of research, get an informed opinion, THEN you can opine and will be listened to. All the info is on the Internet. It's not secret. I have no respect for uninformed people who state their uninformed opinion without even bothering to inform themselves. It's not like informing yourself is difficult in the Internet/Google age.
See my post 44.
Or cringeworthy.
I saw a study that dug down a little deeper, and the “evangelicals” that vote for Trump are mostly of the Easter and Christmas only variety. He does very poorly with evangelicals that attend church more than twice per year.
But the former is America nowadays.
Cruz made several mistakes in his campaign, mainly in the choice of hired help, and that casts doubt on his judgment, of course. But his larger mistake was his optimism. He was apparently under the mistaken impression that America was still a majority Christian nation. I see no evidence of that. Far, far from it.
I’ve chosen to take Trump at his word and you haven’t. That’s all.
It’s what he’s running on now that matters to me. He’s been consistent since he began his run. I agree with him on most things at this time.
I've not done that..have you?
$20k to Charlie Rangel
Nearly $10k to Chucky Schumer
$9.4k to Harry Reid.
$5.5k to J. "I served in Vietnam" Kerry....
He also gave money...which is more enlightening to me..actually..to Pubbies...McCain??, Specter??, Mark Foley???, Frank LoBiondo????, Sue Kelly??? payoffs...?? on the last two or three???
Money to Charlie Crist???? Are you kidding me???
PAC's that previously supported Obama, Kerry, and Dean....seem interested in supporting Trump???
What the heck, FReepers??
Is this just a bait and switch...or just bait...and hooked?
Anyone here...anymore that does any critical thinking? You know...take in the info and digest it. Watch what is happening...make up your mind based on facts...not emotion.
Or grab the bait...and hook up to Hope and Change 2.0
For me with have to judge them on integrity and policy.
Cruz has ties to the most manipulative and biggest benefactor of government largess for the last 100 years, Goldman Sachs. But Trump also stood behind the decisions to bail out the banks. Rubio is simply the placeholder of the Chamber of Commerce, looking for cheap labor.
I will “get over” the bankruptcies when I quit hearing Trump is best qualified due to business acumen.
Why the personal shot?
Why is it courage to ignore Trump's past actions and associations and blindly accept his campaign promises? I have the courage to question why his last reality does not reconcile with his future promises.

To follow Trump at this point appears to be more an act of faith than one of courage...
I knew we were doomed when, during the 2012 election, on voting night, one of the talking heads said that if we had had the same demographic back in the day, Dukakis would have won.
I said back in 2000, after Bush won, that all we did was put off the inevitable for another 4 years. That attitude is one of the seeds of why I bought my KY farm in 2008, two weeks before the election - and I thought McCain was going to win. And I moved there, from my home of 45 years, Seattle, in 2011.
I don’t do a lot of smart things. The smartest was marrying my wife. But the second smartest was predicting our path to the world of Dr Zivago. This is why I compare this election to electing a new captain of the Titanic.
I don’t ding Cruz for misjudging the American people. Rather, I stand by what I said after the 2008 election: “Obama is not the problem. The electorate is the problem. And they don’t have term limits.”
There is no human solution to our situation. It will run its course, as any student of history can see. And we are in it for the full ride to the bottom. And it increases momentum exponentially, as I can already see all around us.
The only solution for the individual is to call on God. We are not of this world. We are in occupied territory. My future does not lie on this rock. It lies in eternity.
Sorry, I did not mean to get personal.
And you are right, it is more faith than courage.
