Everything I have seen about Ted Cruz shows he is on of the straightest shooters in Congress and about as close to a man of integrity you can get in a politician.
Someone is trying to tag him with the label of liar - which is false slander on Mr Cruz by Internet trolls and operatives for his opponents
What does Cruz lie about ?
I have yet to see him lie about anything substantial

Oh, just things like Trump’s health care proposals. Little bitty things like that, where a lie would damn Trump against conservative standards more than the truth. No biggie.
