I believe Trump is really playing with fire here, because if another judge does take the case, no matter what his ethnic group might be, he will need to bend over backwards to show he is tough on Trump. I gotta think Trump’s own lawyers are cringing at the statement.

Trump sue the lead plaintiff in the California case for defamation in an anti-SLAPP lawsuit, resulting in Trump having to pay her attorney almost $800,000.
Since there is over 5,000 plaintiffs in just one of the lawsuits, and because it is a civil RICO action, Trump will have to pay treble damages and the plaintiffs legal fees.
