He explains that the reason he hired hundreds of foreign workers as waiters and waitresses, busboys, and bellhops was because it gets so hot in Miami that local citizens don’t want to work. Read the article more closely. Trump wants the judge thrown out because he is behaving very unfairly. Then the REPORTER asks if it is because he’s Hispanic. Basically, Trump answers, not because he’s Hispanic, but because he’s unfair. And he MAY be unfair because he objects to my position on illegal immigration.
No one is going to dismiss the judge because he is Hispanic. But they might if he has behaved unfairly and prejudicially.
