Texas District Sues to Prevent Release of Clock Details

A suburban Dallas school district has sued the state of Texas to prevent the release of details of a federal investigation into the arrest of a student who brought a homemade clock to class that was seen as a possible bomb.

The Texas attorney general's office earlier this month ordered the Irving school district to provide a copy of the U.S. Department of Justice letter to The Dallas Morning News. Instead, the district on Thursday sued to prevent the release of the multi-page letter, which outlined allegations of "discipline of students on the basis of race, religion and national origin," the newspaper reported.

The district has been turning over sealed documents to comply with the investigation into the September arrest of 14-year-old Ahmed Mohamed. A charge of having a hoax bomb was later dropped but the Muslim teen was suspended.

His family has said the boy's religion was a factor in the school's response, but officials have denied the claim.

Whites and Christians are held to a much higher standard than others.

This event was a deliberate troll by activist political Islamics.

Best graphic summary I know of:

Great in depth analysis of what was required to produce this so-called "invention" that clock boy was lauded by Obama for:

Reverse Engineering Ahmed Mohamed’s Clock… and Ourselves.

A bunch of wires and electronics in a briefcase with a timer?

Of course it’s a clock. Who would think otherwise?

His older sister had been suspended a few years before for saying she was going to blow up the school. Daddy is a hot headed muslim. Then little Clockmed shows up with a box of wires.

One would think they go straight to the U.S. Department of Justice if it was their letter. Or was it the school writing to the DOJ?
