Is it Windows or Linux or both, not simultaneously of course?

I've never used one...but will in future. But I thought they were Linux only. Windows would be too frakkin' huge for one of these. Yes/no?

Supposedly, Windows 10 can be run on it. I’ve not tried it yet, though.

I’ve read about a Win10 implementation on pi 2. Part of their ioT.
