During the episode depicting Ralph & Norton doing a commercial for the "chef of the future", they actually knock down the set walls on accident, but it was left in because it actually made the scene funnier.

In that same episode, the handy-dandy gizmo aprings apart while they "practivce" their commercial in the show. Art Carney quickly improvised a line about "maybe using it for spear fishing". He had to walk to the end of the camera's range to retrieve the piece if I remember.

They made a great comedy team. Too bad we just have celebrities today and not true entertainers.
