If someone doesn’t want to help, they should stay off the help forums. Too many Linux jerks like to troll the discussions just some they can feel superior to someone. After all, they don’t build much self esteem living in their mother’s basement. And this guy sounds like he’s one.
Computers/Internet is not a help forum. It’s discussion forum and the topic is Linux. The article pointed out not only that support communities exist, but how to use them more effectively.
