You seem to be contradicting yourself and being purposefully obfuscating so I will just get this over with right now.
I’m not saying we have to be politically correct. But if the monitors are censoring, what are the censored saying? Shouldn’t we (you since I’m new) rebut that?
Enough on Freerepublic gets through to convince me they’re an okay bunch of guys. On other sites, I would have been shown the door a long time ago. It’s relatively free.
I have no idea what the monitors censor in total, but I have read offensive posts and flagged them. They have been things that were truly racist or really really insensitive to some people. Also, I believe all violent photos should be preceded with a graphic! warning. I’ve hit abuse for some of those popping up in my face especially when I was pregnant and sensitive.
