Has this woman been charged with making a false allegation against the five young men? If not, why not? She should be in prison.

I don’t know but according to the New York Post:

“She also refuses to cooperate with any prosecution against her father, who was engaging in sexual conduct with her,” the DA said. The woman had only recently re-connected with her father through Facebook.
