REPORT: JUDGE UNIMPRESSED BY OBAMA DOJ’S DIVE ON NON-CITIZEN VOTING

Earlier today, I wrote about the scheduled hearing in a case brought by several left-wing organizations to block three states from taking measures to make sure non-citizens can't vote in the upcoming presidential elections. The states received permission from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to proceed. The leftist outfits seek to enjoin the EAC's order.

The Justice Department is, in effect, the lawyer for the EAC. However, it has chosen to tank the case. It "consents" to the motion to enjoin the Commission's order.

The hearing went forward today. Josh Gerstein of Politico filed this report.

The judge, Richard Leon, didn't issue a ruling. According to Gerstein, however, he "sounded skeptical about [the] request. . .to block a federal official's decision to embrace requirements in three states that new voters submit proof that they’re U.S. citizens." "The thrust" of Leon's questions to the lawyers "hinted that he was inclined against granting the order," Gerstein says.

The fix is in. The Federal “Motor Voter” forma only require checking a citizenship box with no proof required.In the Clinton Motor Voter signing ceremony is it a surprixe that Cloward and Piven were in the background in the photo?

The same legal stunt was implemented by the California Attorney General (Jerry Brown, later Kamala Harris) in failing to uphold Prop 8—which California voters voted FOR.

The fix is in, alright.

Cloward and Piven originated "The Strategy of Orchestrated Crisis". It was a strategy to collapse the free enterprise system by overwhelming the welfare demands. At first I was confused why they were at the Motor Voter signing, but now I see the illegals who use oit to register to vote illegaly will vote for leftists who will use welfare to crash/bankrupt the system.

When the time comes I hope whoever the conservative candidate is, they look the American people in the eye and tell them the electorate is compromised to the extent it cannot be repaired without military intervention any the states militias.....and that should kick it off.

Time to scrap all voter roles and re-register with proof of citizenship. That would clear out the dead, the illegals and those disinterested in voting who’s vote is hijacked.
