He was on Jimmy Fallon, and Fallon was wearing a Rubio’s high heeled boots as a gag, teasing hm about them. And Rubio was saying that when he was in college, he used to buy much cheaper ones like that, at at the foam parties he used to go to (and here he asks Fallon if he went to foam parties, and Fallon gave him a look, like Um No), after hours in the foam, his black boots would have turned white, all the dye would have leached off.

So not only does Rubio confess to the foam parties, but he enjoyed them enough to stay long enough to have black boots turn white.

Okay, I'm 72, old school and naive at times so don't know if Rubio was just playing along with this meme, being sarcastic. . ? Difficult to read but looks like he's hiding something? . or he thinks this will help his street cred?
