Preemptive surrender to the demands of “political correctness”.

Much of Europe is INTIMATELY tied up with pigs and the consumption of pork products, the wearing of various apparel made of pigskin leather, and the elevation of pigs to almost the point of worship in various festivals. Pig farming is a staple of the agricultural enterprises in Europe. Pigs, being the prolific reproducing machines they are, can have populations expanded rather quickly, and are well able to convert just about any marginal supply of foodstuff into delectable pork.

The care and feeding of pigs was transported from Europe to much of the New World, where the swine husbandry industry became famous for being the “mortgage lifter” for many small family-sized farms. Safe to say, that the slaughter and processing of swine has been the staple of hundreds of other family-sized enterprises, also a tradition imported from Europe. The hog kill is what BUILT Chicago.

And now they are going to make us give up our pigs?
