90%? No. But studies have shown that hunter/gatherer people actually "worked" very few hours per week -- in the neighborhood of 15 hours per week. And that they spend a substantial amount of free time resting, or doing relatively sedentary activities. So 90% isn't as far from the truth as you might expect.
