She doesn’t have a lead foot, but speed traps like Waldo, that never mattered. If you can’t see the speed limit change signs, you can’t decrease your speed. That’s what makes them a speed trap, the poor signage. If it is posted well, then she’ll have time to make adjustments.

VERY well marked that the speed is going down.

Where they get you is that they speed limit slows quickly once your in town.
