By the way ... Go has been somewhat standardized to a 19X19 grid but in the past there have been grids of 17X17 and “beginner” boards as small as 9X9.
Just adding one row to the board (20X20) would increase the number of possible games exponentially. That would fix that old AI thingy but good.
I've examined the smaller boards, but I didn't think about the row expansion thingee.
