Why not? Let’s double up on ineligible freaking Cubans who argue about who can speak Spanish better.

Rubio would bring integrity to the cruz campaign.

Are there any natural born citizens available in a country of 300 million??? Seems not I guess.

Rubio shouldnt even be dogcatcher but he says the American people are too dumb to understand his amnesty bill and too dumb to find a reputable translation.

I could like with that and it makes lots of sense.
I’m Cruz 1; Anybody-But-Trump 2. The others, with the exception of Trump are varying degrees of conservative. Trump, though, is a statist with no real philosophical grounding beyond his own aggrandizement.
I could gladly vote Cruz/Rubio or Rubio/Cruz. But I’ll vote for whoever is on the GOP ticket so long as it doesn’t include Trust Fund Donnie. If it does, I’ll vote Libertarian.

I don't really see the point of pairing two first term Senators. Nothing against either one, but my preferred VP for either would be Carly. Strong experience in and knowledge of the private sector, better than either of those guys.

Marco Rubio thinks he’s such an intellectual. What was the name of that school? Tarkio College?

Rubio seems somewhat well-liked in general, and in Florida. Since the VP doesn’t matter except for during the election it would be stupid for the nominee not to tap him as VP. It just might deliver Florida, which obviously we need.

It would be like when the GOP forced Reagan to take on the liberal Bush as VP. Cruz would have to keep one eye on his back with Rubio in the room.

NO! NO! to Untrustworthy Rubio.
He is definitely someone who can't wait to push through another Amnesty. I do NOT trust him, and can't even listen to him anymore.
