Because now Obama has the opportunity to appoint a majority liberal court.
Because he was a true constitutional conservative and now Obama will try to replace him with a whack-job liberal is my guess.

What was the margin on the Heller decision? That’s right. Four maniacal leftists voted to excise the Second Amendment from the Bill of Rights. Think that’s all they’ve got on the chopping block?
