I think the only thing that saved the lives of the “final four” was the live-streaming of the standoff. Those alphabet soup agencies are pretty vindictive. Good thing was not the BATF. The BATF always acts like it has something to prove to the others.
Also, there were prominent people getting involved, Franklin Graham and legislators.
