You are actually very clever FRiend. I am no legal scholar but IMHO that is the very reason it is illegal to merely mis-handle classified information or not report the theft of classified material.
Lawmakers anticipated these type of passive-aggressive breaches of security.

In my place of employment we have annual training for the handling of sensitive material. You could be fired for leaving classified documents unlocked in your office.
