Why would he spend the $1 trillion to deport them, if they are just coming back? They will never be deported.
Citizenship is irrelevant when it comes to jobs, crime, healthcare, and wages. Hell its pretty irrelevant in some liberal states and counties when it comes to voting too.
Regardless, having them here permanently and legally only sets them up to get automatic citizenship under a liberal congress or president.
