"Kolohe" with grilled spam, pineapple, fried onions, scallions, hoisin and Sriracha aioli and a tasty signature patty melt.Skip the pineapple and that would be quite tasty. The vegan burger? The human brain is capable of deluding its host that something tastes good. But there are limits for most of us.
