Not unless it was reported somewhere, and I can't see why it would be. Even in 2010, Donald Trump was much more known nationally than Marco Rubio.

To put it differently, Trump was asked back in 1988 by Oprah if he would ever run for President. Just because that exists doesn't mean there must somewhere be a public interview of Rubio in 1988 asking if he'd ever run.
