OK I made it about half way through before I had to stop. Forts and ports only, huh? So federal court houses are illegal. Federal prisons are illegal. Air Force bases are illegal National parks are illegal. Mints are illegal. All because of capital T vs. lower case T. Wow. Who knew?
For the record, though, the difference between Territory and territory is not simply a matter of grammar. A Territory is a specific plot of land that is held in trust until it becomes a State at which point it enjoys the same standing as the original 13 States.
Did you at least make it to the part where she explains the states created the federal government and not the other way around?
