Another year Another garden. We got a break in the rain so I pulled up the old diseased Strawberries and dumped them over the hill on Monday. I have 10 dozen new plants waiting for me to prepare a new 12 X 12 bed and plant them. It's hard to get me motivated as I get chilled easily. Lady Bender ordered and our seeds Wednesday morning so she will push me. Here are a few photos of the cleanup and the Daffodils out by the street

Love, love, love your pictures. Anything growing is good to see. Here in west Michigan it’s the frozen tundra. Just growing indoor sprouts. I’m anxious for spring.

tubebender, you make me so envious. Your gardens always look to neat and nice. Mine end up looking like something happened in them. My cabbages in the Community Garden did very well and someone liked them also. We did get one cabbage. The mustard greens are still putting out and the kale is just great, no one, but me has harvested them. You have to bend over to pick them. The beets and turnips did beautifully and we shared a lot. The lettuces are still putting out. We’ve spruced up some of the gardens, made some new ones and will be planting soon. We have a pecan tree right in the middle of the garden which was piled high with broken dishware, stones, broken bricks, so we cleaned all that up and will be planting herbs and some flowers at the base. I’m thinking of hanging some pots from the tree and filling them with ?????

Love the pics. It’s nice to see things that are green this time of year.
