If I read the post correctly:
Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time).

this is the category Cruz falls into and therefore is legal.

Argument concluded.

However, if the GOPe and DNC raise a court stink, all conservatives should scream loud and proud about the “damage” being done to the 14th Amendment.

You wish. Unfortunately no is arguing whether or not Cruz is a citizen. The argument is- DID HIS CITIZENSHIP OCCUR NATURALLY, OR DID HIS CITIZENSHIP OCCUR BECAUSE OF A STATUTE PASSED BY CONGRESS?
